Corporate volunteering is an extraordinary opportunity to engage personally in the WeWorld mission. Employees may be involved in fundraising or outreach campaigns at specific events (such as the WeWorld Festival, charity dinner, street events), or provide their expertise to hold courses, workshops and trainings within projects in Italy and worldwide.
Payroll giving and matching gift
Employees may decide to donate to us through a monthly contribution of one or more hours of paid leave. The amount will be retained in the payroll (payroll giving) and the company may choose to double the amount of the donation (matching gift) thus multiplying the generosity of its employees.
Team Building and Corporate Challenge
WeWorld organizes team-building activities with ad hoc contents to develop new skills and raise awareness among employees on our mission (e.g. Diversity&inclusion, Human Rights, etc.).
We can create contests, games and challenges between departments or even between different brands with interactive and digital modes. Each challenge fosters creativity and the growth of the soft skills of employees.
