INTERNATIONAL TENDER PROCEDURE FOR Digital Learning Equipment and Related Services Ref: WW/AKELIUS/GLOBAL/2026/IOT02

WeWorld (WW) intends to launch an International Tender Procedure within the framework of the project “READI – Resilient Education and Digital Innovation: Improving Foundational Language Skills of Vulnerable Children in Crisis-Affected and Development Contexts”, funded by the Akelius Foundation. 

The purpose of this International Tender Procedure is the supply, on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, of Android tablets with rugged protective cases, chargers, USB-C cables, USB-C to LAN adapters, a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, and charging/storage cabinets. Delivery is required in Benin, Cambodia, Kenya, Lebanon, Syria, Tanzania, and Ukraine, in accordance with the requirements detailed in Annex A – Technical Specifications attached to the ITB

Any requests for clarification or additional information must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the ITB. Responses to clarification requests, as well as any updates to the tender, will be published on the WeWorld website. 

Tender submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
