The number of casualties and injured people among civilians is growing and many of them are children and women. The repeated Israeli military attacks and the total closure of crossing points make it very hard to guarantee the functioning of basic infrastructure and services such as hospitals, water, electricity, and schools, and it will become impossible if the closure continues.
