Humanitarian response program through initiatives focused on guaranteeing drinking water, food and hygiene supplies to the families of the indigenous communities affected by natural disasters.
Go to projectWe guarantee a fair, correct and participatory access to water through the supply of drinking water and sanitation, the training on the management of resources and the fight against the waste and exploitation of water sources and of the related policies.
Over the last year we worked to provide access to water and sanitation in 12 countries where water resources are scarce, favouring the most vulnerable groups and privileging a local, participatory and multi-actor governance of this precious resource.
In development and emergency scenarios, we set up and implemented initiatives with the active involvement of the local communities, integrating the infrastructure and sanitation components with an improved management of services.
We organised training courses in all the countries and, thanks to 107 advocacy campaigns, we reached over 1,360,000 people to raise awareness on the right to water and on fundamental hygiene for an inclusive and sustainable use of water resources.
