A multi-country initiative, co-funded by the EU, implemented in the coastal regions of Kenya, Tanzania, and Mozambique, including the regions of Tanga and Mtwara in Tanzania, Kwale and Mombasa Counties in Kenya, and Cabo Delgado and Nampula provinces in Mozambique.
