The project 100 Idee, funded and supported by the Municipality of Milan and Impresa Sociale Con I Bambini, is implemented by a consortium composed by ICEI - Istituto Cooperazione Economica Internazionale, Codici Ricerca e Intervento, cheFare, Comunità del Giambellino, Comunità Nuova, Fondazione Aquilone, Magma Impresa Sociale.
The project involves the publication of a Call for Ideas aimed at groups of young people between 14 and 18 years old, who can submit project proposals that are useful for the growth of the group, and/or that benefit other people and the territory where they are implemented. The selected ideas receive a financial contribution and the support of a mentor organization, which helps the groups turn their idea into reality.
WeWorld participates in 100 Idee as a mentor organization and supports two groups of young people in the realization of their projects.
Activities
- "Obiettivo Cucina" is the idea proposed by a group of young people who attend the "Obiettivo 200" educational center in the Barona neighborhood in Milan. The idea involves the creation of a cooking course of 5 classes, held by a cook and a nutritionist, to learn how to prepare healthy, sustainable and easy-to-make dishes. At the end of the course, a final party will allow the group to share what they have learned with other inhabitants of the neighborhood.
- EcoScia(c)calli is the idea proposed by a group of students from ITIS Feltrinelli, a high school in Milan. The idea involves the realization of a trip to Sciacca, Sicily, focused on the topic of environmental sustainability, in collaboration with Associazione Marevivo, with activities related to the protection of the marine environment. The trip includes sports tournaments, excursions, beach cleaning experiences, interactive workshops and activities on sustainable mobility.
