The activity of this project is to give economic support to the most vulnerable displaced population in the Lviv region. The support will provide 1688 internally displaced people with adequate economic resources to meet basic needs and maximize their use in the way that best suits their needs.

The local partner Law and Democracy has selected families based on needs, vulnerabilities, and any assistance services already received. The mode of transfer of economic assistance was identified considering the Ukrainian context and the possibility for almost all people to access banking services, and specifically it was carried out through credit / debit cards already in the possession of the assisted persons, or only if they do not have a card, through a money transfer service, to guarantee them immediate access to assistance.

The economic support activity will then be followed by a monitoring process consisting of interviews and surveys, in order to evaluate the efficiency of the action and accessibility to the service, the selection criteria and identify any problems and criticalities in order to understand the level of satisfaction of the assisted persons.
